HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN REGISTERED?
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at purchase. If you do not receive confirmation after placing an order, it may mean that something has gone wrong with your purchase. Kindly contact us for assistance!

If you placed an order with us but did not receive an order confirmation, it may be because an incorrect email address was provided. Contact us at email@example.com to check whether we have an order registered for you, and to correct your email address so that you can receive your order confirmation. It may also be because the order has not gone through. Kindly contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Make sure to also check your junk mail folder, since emails can sometimes end up there.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A COLLECTION NOTIFICATION.
If, after five 7 days of placing your order, you do not receive a collection notification, please contact us. This may be because the mobile address provided at purchase is incorrect. Make sure to get in touch with us promptly, since your parcel will only be held at the collection point for 14 days, and we charge £30 for uncollected parcels.
CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE?
If you want to cancel a purchase before your order has left our warehouse, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to sort this out before your order is shipped, since our warehouse is very efficient at picking and packing.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER PURCHASE?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an existing order, but if you contact us immediately it is possible to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse. Once your purchase is cancelled, you can create a new order for the correct products, which means you avoid duplicate orders.
